Many clients prefer to use thick heat transfer, for the reason that it is more vivid than ordinary hot stamping. So how to transfer the thick heat plate?
There are lots of posts take videos and saying that it can make heat transfer without an unprofessional heat press machine. They do make a success, and we can show this to you. But we should be seriously talking to you in advance that we should use a professional heat press machine. Because even if people make a success by using an unprofessional heat press machine, it can also be easily dropped after washing.

Today we will show how to operate iron and heat press machines.

1. Prepare your iron, and a piece of cloth, the area of cloth has to cover your trademark.

2. Operate your iron and turn to cotton gear. Then iron the clothes and remove some of the furs. Place a heavy plate label and cover with the prepared cotton cloth.

3. When the iron temperature reaches to cotton gear, press the iron into the cotton position with a force of 3KG-4KG. Press the iron for 13-15 seconds.

4. Ture the garment over on another side, continue to press with 3KG-4KG for 15-20 seconds. Some clothes are chunky and can be ironed for longer.

5. All silicone heat stamping is cold tearing, so when the clothes cool to room temperature, teat the transparent PET film.


Now we show how to operate the professional heat press machine:
1. Set the temperature of the heat press machine to 140-150 degrees centigrade. Just like the iron, ironing the clothes and remove burrs. Place the plate label and cover it with a piece of cotton cloth.

2. Close the heat press machine and press for 12 seconds.

3. Turn the garments to another side and press for another 15 seconds.

4. After the clothes cool to room temperature, tear the transparent PET film.
