First, we will produce the corresponding screen printing plate, and color the liquid silicone gel according to the color in the design draft.


Second, a certain amount of curing agent is added. Stir well enough, and place the prepared Silicon on the screen.


In the third step, apply Silicone to the PET film by hand and brush it back and forth 3-5 times. Ensure that Silicon can be well fixed on PET film


In the fourth part, the dryer is adjusted to 70 ° C-110 ° C to dry the PET.


In the fifth part, the same method is used to modulate the white Silicone material. The screen is in the same position as before, but the pattern is thicker.


Step 6. Continue drying at 70-110 ℃


In Part 7, the glue-soluble powder of the PA material is prepared and screened again 3-4 times.

Finally, put the prepared Silicang thick plate heat transfer in a dryer and dry for 12 hours. Let the moisture inside completely escape.

Because moisture affects the heat transfer color and the firmness of Silicone plate.
Once the moisture does not completely evaporate, after the heat transfer of Silicone's thick plate is transferred to the garment, it will easily fall off after washing.
