So Why is the heat transfer labels more colors the more expensive?

Generally Igingle will use the screen printing process for 1-4 color plastiso heat transfer.

The screen printing process requires a process for each color. Until the trademark is fully made. For each color, a mold needs to be made, and it needs to be baked in the oven once. Therefore, compared to the monochromatic trademark, the process is much more complicated. The machine has to run more times. So the price will naturally be high.

Then if your trademark is full color printing, because the processing technology is different from screen printing, the process is production equipment prints the pattern directly on the PE film.
No matter how the customer's trademark color changes, the processing time, consumables, and process are the same. So the price will not change.
