What's the text minimum height on woven label ?

Many customers want logo text read clear, but the letter font less than 6pt. It is not workabel read well. Herer is Practical knowledge of woven label artwork.

There are 3 kinds of woven labels in Igingle.

1.High density woven labels.

High desnsity Woven label text minimum height is 0.055" (1.5mm).  
Font Arial, example as follow (Red letter not workabel, green letter is fine)
Lowercase Capital Letter
6pt/ 1.15mm 6pt/ 1.5mm
7pt/ 1.4mm 7pt/ 1.75mm
8pt/ 1.5mm 8pt/ 2mm
9pt/ 1.7mm 9pt/ 2.3mm
10pt/ 1.9mm 10pt/ 2.5mm



2.Satin woven labels

Satin Woven label text minimum height is 0.07" (1.8mm).  
Font Arial, example as follow (Red letter not workabel, green letter is fine)
Lowercase Capital Letter
6pt/ 1.15mm 6pt/ 1.5mm
7pt/ 1.4mm 7pt/ 1.75mm
8pt/ 1.5mm 8pt/ 2mm
9pt/ 1.7mm 9pt/ 2.3mm
10pt/ 1.9mm 10pt/ 2.5mm



3.Metallic woven labels

Metallic Woven label text minimum height is 0.08" (2mm).  
Font Arial, example as follow (Red letter not workabel, green letter is fine)
Lowercase Capital Letter
6pt/ 1.15mm 6pt/ 1.5mm
7pt/ 1.4mm 7pt/ 1.75mm
8pt/ 1.5mm 8pt/ 2mm
9pt/ 1.7mm 9pt/ 2.3mm
10pt/ 1.9mm 10pt/ 2.5mm

Finally, Many customer tags have very small fonts that do not meet basic needs. Our designers will fine-tune it. And the woven label is not a printing process, can not be exactly the same. Hope the general customers can understand them.
