What's the mean of cut off one by one heat transfer labels
Written By Manager
There are two types of layouts produced by Plastisol heat transfer.
One is 39cm x 54cm and the other is 64cm x 48cm. It depends on the size of the customer's trademark.
If the customer is doing care labels, we will make a 39cm x 54cm layout.
If the customer's patterns are many 12 "x 12" etc., we will choose the 64cm x 48cm version.
Therefore, if the customer has no special requirements, we will not send the completed layout directly to the customer as a whole. After the customer receives the goods, they will cut the pattern with scissors and transfer it to the garment at high temperature. Customer processing efficiency may be poor and time consuming.
It is for this reason that Igingle provides individual tailoring services. We will cut out the logo one by one, and put the same size or the same pattern in a packaging bag.
After receiving the goods, the customer unpacks and can directly transfer to the clothes at high temperature. Will save time and effort.
In particular, some washable labels have a lot of size types and they are very small. Sizes are generally around 2 "x 2". After we help our customers distinguish them, they can greatly improve their efficiency.
Of course, there is a fee for this service. Our factory cuts these marks through professional molds, and packs them one by one manually.
Hope our explanation can help you. Thank you ~
