Many patches can do different backings. Clients often get confused about the iron on backing and adhesive backing, but these two backings are totally different.

We introduce iron on backing first. It is soild substance at normal temperature. Customers need use hot press machine or household iron to adjust temperature at 150 degrees Celsius to dissolve it and bond it to clothing. The remove the devices and after cooling the patches will be fixed on the garments. 
The entire process is a physical process that does not produce a chemical reaction. No toxic gases are produced. Please feel free to use.

The whole operation process as follows:

1st step is to warm the hot press to 150 degrees Celsius / 302 degrees Fahrenheit (the household iron should be adjusted to wool mould)


2rd step, put the badge in the corresponding position of the clothes and press it with a heat press machine for about 15-20 seconds. At this time, most of the badges have been glued to the clothes.
3th step, turn the clothes over and press it with a hot press machine for 15-20 seconds. The iron on glue is completely melted, and the badge is 100% pressed on the clothes. The patches was well fixed on clothes once cooling.

It can accept more than 20 normal temperature water wash tests.
Attention:
Some fabric may be broken at high temperature. You can put patches on cloth first, and then put a piece of cotton on patch and then press it. The time may be longer but the effect can also be achieved.

The patches with adhesive backing cannot be washed. This is kind like the double-sided tape, one side in patch, another side stick to the position you want. Just like the normal stickers in our daily life. Will fall after stick to items.
