There are three main factors that determine the price of your custom embroidered patches. These factors are quantity, the patch size and the percentage of embroidery that covers the patch. You generally know how many patches you need and the approximate size that you want, but frequently have difficulty in determining the percentage of embroidery coverage on the patch.
We base our embroidery percentages upon 5 basic amounts: 0%, 35%, 50%, 75%, and 100%.
Many sellers put vague explaination about embroidery percentage of patches on their stores which easily result in complains form customers. Bad purchasing experiences.
Igingle got rich experience on this issue.
Firstly let's deal with 100% embroidery. That is to say, all the images and details on the patch are embroidered. No matter how strange the shape is , as long as all the images are embroidery, we count them as 100% embroidery. The pattern all embroidered, it is also considered as 100% embroidery if the border is merrow border.
Patches with 100% embroidery have thhe trong three-dimensional effect. Loved by customers. But the price is also the highest among others.
Others like 70% embroidery means the proportion of the embroidery pattern in the whole patch. The same for 50% ,30% and so on.
How to determine the percentages?
