There are several method custom logo on beanies
1. Woven label

There are several ways to sew a label. Some clients prefer to make a size label about 1.5"x 3 " and sew right in front.
Some customers also like the most fold in half woven mark, sewing in the side. Simple and intuitive.

2. Jacquard weave

We will plate making clients' designs, convert the knitting yarn, the pattern will wrap around the knitted cap, and cover the entire beanie.

3. Leather patch

There are two kinds of leather patches. One is sewing the leather label in front of the beanies, and another one is, make the leather softer, unfold, and sew on one side of the beanies. The leather patch is the same as the woven label. the main difference is leather is more high-end and natural.

4. Embroidery

It is a very popular craftmanship and it's front embroidery. Some of the special ones will have the entire front embroidered with the company's name. The embroidery pattern can make 3D so the logo more prominent
