What is rubber patch?

What is rubber patch? And what are PVC patches?
In fact, PVC and Rubber are different products. Rubber is a highly elastic polymer material with reversible deformation. It is rich in elasticity at room temperature, can produce large deformation under a small external force, and can return to its original state after removing external force.
PVC is a thermoplastic material and comes in two basic forms, hard PVC and soft PVC. Used for badges is soft PVC.

But the Rubber patches or PVC patches on the market are actually the same product. Its materials are all PVC.
The drop plastic label uses the characteristics of the thermoplastic polymer material with variable state, that is, viscous fluidity under certain conditions, and the property of recovering solid state at normal temperature. In the viscous state, it is shaped into the designed shape as required, and then cured at room temperature.
1. Very waterproof. You can try immersing the PVC badge in 100 ℃ / 212 ℉ water for 5 minutes. You will find that the badge does not fade, fade or fall off. Highest temperature can accept 150 ℃/ 302 ℉
2. Very good corrosion resistance. Because most of these badges are used in the military, outdoor clothing, etc. Exposure to various environments and temperatures. Rain, snow, gravel, etc. The lowest temperature can accept -50 ℃ / -58 ℉. Many Everest boarding teams love this type of badge
3. Very good abrasion resistance. Igingle did the tests, and we put a lot of rubble and badges together. Mix rock in a specific device. Half an hour later, we took out the badge and it was still intact.
4. Diverse usage. Most PVC badges have sewing Velcro on the back. Then glue it to hats, pants, clothes. There are also some customers who do not do anything behind the back and directly sew the badges on their clothes. Some customers like to make stickers on the back, of course, it is definitely not used on clothes. Customers may stick such badges on their desks and other places. There are also many customers who like to make such products on the back of hot melt adhesives, but Igingle does not recommend that customers use plastic labels. Hope customers can try TPU patches. Because TPU patches are more suitable for high temperature hot pressing, and are strong and reliable.
