1.The logo need to be produced by PS or AI, and print the design on special sublimation paper through digital printer.
2.Cut down and place the image you want on the fabric of sublimation patch.
3.Transfer the image to the fabric through heat transfer machine.
4.Attach the backing material, like non-woven linen or iron on sticker , and cut it by laser.
5.Through the sewing machine, the banding treatment of the badge is completed.
