Many customers will confuse soft enamel with hard enamel. In fact, it is easy for us to identify and remember with naked eyes. You only need to remember the core words soft and hard. Soft is concave, hard is flat.
You can take a closer look at this comparison chart.
The logo pattern of the soft enamel pin is lower than that of the metal surface.
Hard enamel badge, trademark pattern and metal surface on the same surface. You can try to slide on the surface with nails or other tools. It will be very smooth without resistance.
On the surface, it is the difference between concave and convex. In fact, their differences are mainly two points. Next we will explain in detail:
1. Materials
Hard enamel and soft enamel can be made of copper, zinc alloy, iron, aluminum and other metal materials. Because iron is easy to rust, all Igingle badges will not be made of iron. While the aluminum is very light, and it feels very cheap when you get it. Igingle doesn't make the badge of aluminum either. So all our badges are made of copper or zinc alloy. Igingle only makes high quality products!
The coloring materials are also different. The hard enamel uses a kind of color paste and the baking varnish uses color paint. Their proportions and concentrations are different.
2. Technological process
Soft enamel badge: Polish the finished blank products first to remove the burrs. Then electroplate the badge. After finishing the electroplate, apply the prepared color paint to the corresponding position.
Then enter the low temperature of 60-80℃ and bake for about 10-15 minutes. Take it out and cool it, then polish and fill the color of the badge, confirm that the quality is up to standard, and then bake it at 150 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
Hard enamel badge: put the made shape of the wool embryo product into the oven to heat, take it out and fill in the same color, dry it, then put the second color, dry it, and so on, after all the colors are baked, manually grinding stone, flattening, polishing, cleaning and then sending to electroplating.
Because the process of hard enamel is much more than that of soft enamel. So the price of hard enamel is slightly higher than that of soft enamel
Igingle has over 5 years of experience in enamel products. Because enamel is made manually one by one. We will test the product quality one by one. Absolutely guaranteed quality!
