I recieved horrible service with no indication or helpful answers throughout the whole process. My order was scheduled to be sent to me on the 26th of February to fit in with the schedule of our company, however, it was not until two weeks later that I recieved the shipment after constant emailing for updates on my order. Our company was very adamant amount the shipping time, that is why after being contacted by many sellers with cheaper prices, we chose you due to the gurantee of your shipping date. We do not normally pay full price up front, but in this case due to time sensitivity, we did.

The service we recieved was very unprofessional. You were unable to give me an exact date of shipment or arrival after I repeatedly asked. When I asked to speak to the manager repeatedly, I was not given any response in regards to it.



Alibaba Trade Assurance gurantees that if the goods are not sent out on the day discussed, the customer is entitled for a full refund. Since it had been well after the scheduled arrival date of my goods, I felt hopeless and contionusly asked for a refund. I heard no response towards that idea either.
