we care about customer shopping experience. I have saw this reviews online.
I have check digital proof which approval first. then we printing same as digital proof.
primary cause : it seems you are first customer order from us. you do not double check detail of digital proof.
normally, this is customer's mistake. but we accept free redo and free shipping. because we 100% satisfaction gurantee.
but we closed for Chinese new year. no worker working during holiday. so we accept refund 100%.
but the problem key point which you approval the mistake digital proof.

My last post was 5 star but should have been 1 star.
I ordered clothing labels for my company that is laumcjing Feb 9, very simple, all it was, was my brand name on a white label with black font. I was so excited to receive the order, when I opened it the labels read, "I like the satin labels" Now tell me, what would your reaction be if you received these? No common sense, then when I tell them my issue they tell me it's their CHINESE NEW YEAR and with not produce products ordered on or after the 1st of Feb until after Feb 25. What the f***?! They said this even after I told them I am launch Frb 9! Why do we as customers care about their Chinese New Year? I could care less, I paid for a product and expect it to be the way I ordered it. So needless to say, I won't be doing business with them EVER. Plus side, I got my refund for this.

Service was prompt and responsive during the design confirmation process and I have received my labels all within the promised lead time, will definitely order from JC Basic Label again!: )
