JC Basics provides the most prompt, accurate service!! Claude responds immediately and the "follow through" is great!! Emails are sent to verify your label and throughout with shipping info and updates. I'm a "three time" repeat customer and all purchases have been smooth and courteous and shipping is fast!! I ordered clothing labels for my company that is launching on Feb. 9, very simply all it was, was my brand name. I was so excited to recieve the order, when I opened it the labels read "I like the satin labels" Now tell me, what would your reaction be when you received these? No common sense, then when I tell them my issue they tell me it's CHINESE NEW YEAE and will not produce products until after Feb 25. What the f***?! They said this even after I told them I am launching Feb 9. Why do we as customers care about their Chinese New Year, I could care less. I paid for a product and I'd expect to get it the way I ordered it. So needless to say, I won't be doing business with them EVER. But luckily, they issued me a refund.
