The company was reasonably helpful about delivery requirements, but one of the items ordered turned up caked in heavy dust which wasn't ideal considering it is a gift. A bit more attention to this kind of thing would be good.

I ordered some pins from igingle, using a design created by my graphic designer. The pins arrived a day early, and they looked great!

I had a custom enamel pin made. It is perfect! Very helpful staff is Bell. I will definitely be ordering more! Production time and shipping were right on time! I am so glad I found this manufacturer!

As with all Chinese companies, expect delays during the month before and after the Chinese New Year. The products are good quality and the customer service representatives are overall friendly. I would definitely recommend working with this company.

I design and sell enamel pins. This is my 2nd enamel pin that I have ordered from this manufacturer. The craftsmanship is perfect. It is a sturdy, well made pin. I communicate with Bell, and she responds right away to all of my questions. I am going to continue to use JC Basic for my future designs.
