There was an issue with UPS (delivery was later than expected) and Packing Solutions customer service team were polite and courteous, following up with UPS on my behalf to track the order and emailing through an update. It was delivered promptly.

Happy with quality of products, would recommend.

Ordered custom hard enamel pins. They turned out excellent! Communication was thorough and easy. Shipping was extremely fast (about three days from China to the US). Will definitely order form here, again.
